Natural & Effective Ways to Detox Your Body

Feeling cruddy? Can’t lose weight? Having skin and digestive problems, headaches and pains?  These are most of my problems but when I did detox my body everything feels right again. And now I think it’s your time to detox your body too. I’ll share to you some of my ways of detoxification.

Detoxification is about resting, cleaning and nourishing the body from the inside out. By removing and eliminating toxins, then feeding your body with healthy nutrients, which will also speed up your metabolism and can also help protect you from disease and renew your ability to maintain optimum health.

 

  1. Water with lemon

Drink a glass of water with juice of a lemon every morning, you can also drink after you exercise. Lemon helps re-hydrate the system and promotes digestion, which will help the flow of waste out of our body.

 

  1. Lime juice

Upon arising i use to drink 20 squeezed lime (lemonsito). Note! Don’t mix water and sugar on it. It tastes sour but it is best taken pure.

 

  1. Sweat it out!

Did you know that exercise will not only burn fats, it also helps us to get rid of toxins in our body, because as we sweat toxins can come out of our body and there the cleansing is taking place. It also helps us reduce our tension, circulation of our blood and lymph system, digestion and strengthens our body.

 

 

  1. Drink a lot of Green Tea 

I prefer to drink Green tea than coffee because green tea has an excellent source of polyphenols, it has antioxidants and vitamins which may play a role in treating and preventing a variety of health conditions and can also helps burn fats. So to those who are coffee lovers try to be a green tea lover too.

  1. Eat Green

Eat green leafy veggies and cut out processed foods because processed food lack the nutrients our body needs unlike green foods it contains chlorophyll that will boost our digestive tract to eliminate toxins. Also raw veggies like onions, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, garlic, turmeric and oregano are all high in sulphur and glutathione, they help to rid your liver of harmful toxins.

 

  1. Exfoliate

This is the removal of our oldest dead skin cells on the skin’s outermost surface which may contain toxins, this is can be done by oil massages and skin brushing.

  1. Drink plenty of water

Water is a universal solvent that naturally help you detox your body, it helps our body organs function well, keeps us alert and protects us from illnesses. Drink at least 10-12 glasses of water everyday, to stay fit!

 

  1. Get enough sleep

An 8-10 hour of sleep is also very important because our body needs rest specially our brain in order to function well in our everyday work. Without sleep we can gain weight, slows our immune system and lack of natural energy.
